All sanctions SEO of a website by the Google engine are not automatic , or the result of algorithms or filters like Google Panda and Penguin. 1 - What is a manual penalty, and how does it differ from algorithmic penalties?

2 - How to detect and diagnose a manual penalty?
Manual penalties are now reported in Google Webmaster Tools. In June 2012, during a SMX , Matt Cutts had stated that 99% of manual penalties were reported through these tools for webmasters. 3 - Are there had famous examples ?

4 - What can trigger a manual penalty?
